Ecdysis Blog Post!

Just a quick follow-up to my previous post about the public release of the ecdysis Rust crate for graceful restarts. I've now published a formal announcement of the crate on the Cloudflare Blog: Shedding old code with ecdysis: graceful restarts for Rust services at Cloudflare!
